But at the same time, I just can't get myself to stay friendly. Nowadays I mostly just hang up when I get one of those phone calls. I say I'm not interested, and immediately hang up. It's rude, but so are they for intruding like that. And I think it's the most friendly for them also, because then they won't have to start their obligatory stories that they don't mean a word of, and they can just go on to the next person. Regardless, I feel for you Belle! To have to do that for a day, whereas that is not at all your normal kind of duty...ugh! Well...just count down the two weeks :) As for the environmentally friendly thing, yay for eco electricity! :D I find that quite often environmentally friendly things are cheaper (especially in the long run) and nearly always way better for us personally. So you can pride yourself in being good for the environment and have a clear conscience, but secretly just do it to take really good care of yourself instead LOL A win-win situation! I know what you mean Pat!

Ich bedaure Dich ernsthaft. Ich kann mir so einen Tag nur als Dauerfrusttag vorstellen. Mir gehen solche Anrufen nämlich auch mächtig auf den Zeiger und wenn ich dran denken, dass die Anrufende von 80% der Angerufenen so eine Reaktion, wie meist von mir bekommt, dann muss die mehr als nur frustriert am Ende des Tages sein.
